When employees use our AI coaching platform, they may provide:
- Resume and career history details
- Skills, qualifications, and certifications
- Career goals and preferences
- Conversation content with our AI career coach
- Job search activity and preferences
Information collected automatically
- Device information (browser type, operating system)
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
- IP address and approximate location
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
